Eric GINTER

Eric Ginter has been a lawyer since 1992 after having worked successively in the Office of the Prime Minister and with the Public Finance Directorate General (DGFIP).

He specializes in the provision of tax advice to individuals, particularly in an international context, and in tax disputes.

An associate professor at the University of Bourgogne for 10 years (international taxation), he currently lectures at Paris-Dauphine (Master’s program 221 – European Taxation).

He is the co-author of the book on direct taxation and Community law Fiscalité directe et droit communautaire (published by Fiduciares), co-president of the “Property and Asset Taxation” commission of the IACF and a member of the IFA Board of Directors.
